Shipping Information

All prices are in CHF and include 8.1 % VAT.

Goods are shipped as soon as payment has been received in full. We ship with Planzer within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein; deliveries abroad are made only by prior arrangement. We hold stock both in Switzerland and in the USA.

Items that are not immediately available will be shipped as soon as they arrive. If an item remains unavailable for more than 3 weeks beyond the original delivery date, the order may be cancelled.

Delivery is at the customer's risk. If delivery fails twice for a reason attributable to the customer, the order may be cancelled and the amount refunded.
