Monroe is an American specialist in shock absorbers and struts, founded in 1916 in Monroe, Michigan. The brand launched its first shock absorber in 1926, has been part of Tenneco since 1977 and also supplies vehicle manufacturers as original equipment. The range includes shock absorbers, struts and complete strut assemblies for common US models from GM, Ford, Chrysler and other North American manufacturers.
